When I was in year 11 I was a deputy head of house, this is where I gave younger students advice when they needed it. I run a kid's club with year3/4 pupils, I plan and run the activities and these are science based. I show them how learning can be fun! Helping other people has helped myself.
Teaching, baking, volunteering
LAMDA, My LAMDA awards are in public speaking and I enjoy it very much. I am also passionate about baking. I volunteer at DEBRA charity shop every week because I like helping other people. I love travelling as I gain my own individuality and independence.
To be fluent in another language and to help others who are less fortunate than I am. I really want to be happy with who I am and the things I have achieved. I truly believe that as long as I am happy and determined I will achieve my goals. I live by this motto: The greatest failure in life is the failure to try. I always try my hardest in life, whether it is doing well in exams, teaching and anything that life throws at me.
After I have finished school I would like to take a gap year and I would love to teach English to children in Asia as they don’t have the same opportunities as us. I want to give something back my contributing to unprivileged communities that are in desperate need of support. In the future I would like to go to university and study Arabic and Religious studies
Save the planet so we can see the beauty in the world. We should think about future generations as they will never forget us and we are diminishing our futures as well as theirs. By healing the Earth, we are healing ourselves and we never know the worth of water until it has evaporated. Every day IS Earth day!
